Kano state council of the Nigeria Union of journalists NUJ has congratulated one of its own comrade Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Na’isa on his appointment as General Manager of Guarantee Radio Kano
A statement jointly signed by the outfit’s chairman Suleiman Abdullahi Dederi and the secretary Abubakar shehu kwaru described the appointment as well deserved
The duo on behalf of the entire working journalists in Kano rejoiced with the celebrant and prayed to God Almighty to guide him in discharging his new mandate diligently and barricade him against seen and unseen adversaries
It will be recalled that, comrade Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Na’isa worked with Radio kano for over two decades where he gained vast experience in the media industry particularly in broadcasting or Radio matters
Comrade Kofar Na’isa was a one time secretary of the Nigeria Union of journalists Radio Kano chapel and member of the state Executive council of the union
The statement hence hoped that the appointee will remain good ambassador of the union by heeding to laid down ethics of the profession for better result and performance aimed at proving a point
