BAUCHI DELEGATION STUDIES AUCTION PROCEDURES IN JIGAWA
The Bauchi State Government has sent a high-powered delegation to study the procedure for conducting auction exercises of government properties in Jigawa State.
The Chairman of the fact-finding team, Abdon Dalla Gin, who is also the Special Adviser to the Bauchi State Governor on Civil Service Matters and a former Head of the Civil Service in Bauchi State, made this disclosure when he led members of his team to the office of the Jigawa State Head of Service, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri.
He said the visit focused on the procedure for conducting auctions of government properties, both moveable and immoveable, in accordance with existing regulations in Jigawa State.
The Special Adviser emphasized that Bauchi State aims to adopt effective models from Jigawa to enhance transparency and accountability in this area.
Responding, Alhaji Muhammad K. Dagaceri praised the decision to study the auction procedures, noting it is a positive step that other states should emulate. He assured the Bauchi team of his full support to achieved the desired objectives.
